If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• When 2 adults share a double room with a child under 6 years old, the child can get a 35% discount. If the child occupies the bed, they will be charged at the same price as an adult.one adult with a child who is the same price as an adult.
• If you are traveling alone and choose a twin room, we will assign you a same-gender roommate. If you are concerned that sharing a room may affect your rest, we recommend booking a single room in advance.

• Passport name and number, gender, date of birth and nationality are required for all passengers; please advise at the time of booking
• It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure that they comply with all the necessary passport (must be valid for at least 6 months), visa, health, insurance and other travel regulations required for all the countries they will be visiting prior to the start of the tour
• Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult
• No triple rooms will be arranged for groups of 3 due to the limited amount of triple rooms in European hotels•
• Group notice E-mail will be sent 3 days before departure, including tour guide information, schedule, meeting locations, hotel information etc.•
• Our company has the right to combine the customers of English and Chinese speaking tour in the same bus if any group has fewer travelers. There will be 1 tour leader on tour who will be able to speak both English and Chinese. They will service the customers in the preferred language (Chinese/English).
• The times listed are for reference only. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other force majeure factors. If you have connecting travel plans, we strongly recommend reserving at least 3 extra hours.
• For elder who are over 70 years old, they must be accompanied by a family participants and fill in"Senior Participant's Statement" before boarding. If they are not accompanied by their family and insist on signing up, our company reserves the right to refuse their orders. All the consequences caused by personal problems during the trip are responsible for themselves.
• Our company owns all copyrights to use and reuse images and videos taken during kaytrip tours.
• Single room supplement are available throughout the tour except for the cabin accommodation, which defaults to a 4-berth inside cabin shared by four guests. Mixed-gender cabin sharing may occur. Cabin upgrades are available for an additional fee, but upgraded cabins still have four beds.
• Each guest is required to pay a €10 Ferry fees, bridge tolls . A minimum tip of €10 per day is required for the driver and the guide.
