Itinerary

1. Oldest bar/pub in Aarhus, here you will have the first taste, the practical information before we are off exploring Aarhus by foot with BeerTasting on the tour - all outdoors. (20 min)
2. Aarhus City Hall - although over 75 years old, Aarhus City Hall is still a modern, functionalistic building that still houses the municipality of Aarhus and hosts major events throughout the year. (15 min)
3. The old idyllic Møllestien lane is a picturesque cobbled street right in the centre of Aarhus. The hollyhocks and rambling roses race each other to grow up against the tiny old half-timbered houses with their small-paned windows. (15 min)
4. Is one of the larger church structures of Århus, Denmark. It is situated in the centre of the city not far from Aarhus Cathedral. Nygade is also a part of the story on this spot. (15 min)
5. Is a public square located in the Indre By neighborhood in Aarhus, Denmark. It is situated between Lille Torv and Aarhus Cathedral, shaped as an elongated triangle. It is the largest public square in Aarhus and one of the oldest venues for markets in the city. (20 min)
6. Christian Jacobsen Drakenberg (18 November 1626 (?) – 9 October 1772) was a Norwegian sailor who, according to his information, was born in 1626 in Blomsholm, Norway and thus reached the age of 145. True or not, you will hear the story about Drakenberg. (15 min)
