For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Important notes

• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• When booking, select your preferred beach and choose either a morning or afternoon pick-up.

• The time displayed on the website or your ticket indicates the earliest pick-up time; it does not necessarily reflect your specific pick-up time from your hotel (or closest meeting point). At least a few days before the date of your service, you need to make sure to contact the tour operator to confirm your pick-up location and pick-up time.
• To confirm your pick-up location (meeting point) and your pick-up time, please send an e-mail to [email protected] at least a few days before the date of your activity. Make sure to include your booking reference number in the e-mail.
• Return transfer timings (approximately): From Paradise Bay: 5:10 PM From | Mellieħa Bay: 5:30 PM | From Popeye Village: 5:45 PM | From Golden Bay: 6:10 PM
• If you have any doubts about the return time or where you need to be for your return transportation, please make sure to ask your driver for clarifications.
• All timings are approximate; it is very important that you arrive at your pick-up location (meeting point) at the given time so you make sure not to miss your transfer; however, if transport is a bit delayed due to unexpected traffic conditions, do not become alarmed. Please allow up to 15 minutes of waiting time before contacting our emergency number.
• Transportation may be provided by a minibus or a coach. Look for a minibus or coach displaying the Oasis or UCS logo.
• Transport cannot wait for late arrivals for both the pickup and the return transfer.
• All transfers are shared, not private transfers.
• With the exception of Valletta, for most of the major hotels, the pickup will be directly from your hotel; for smaller hotels or Airbnb's, the pickup will be from a close meeting point.
• If you are staying in Valletta, the pick-up will be from one of these 6 meeting points: the Phoenicia Hotel, Grand Hotel Excelsior, the Gunpost Snack Bar, the Malta Experience, Victoria Gate, or Kurċifiss Bus Stop (near the Valletta Waterfront/Valletta Cruise Port).
• We do not provide transportation from any localities (areas) not included in the pick-up section.
• Pets, large luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed on the bus.
• Transportation is not wheelchair accessible.
• Strollers are allowed on the bus as long as they are standard-sized strollers and that they are foldable.
• If you choose Popeye Village (Anchor Bay), please note that the admission ticket to Popeye Village is not included. Ticket prices range from €15 to €25 per person, depending on the season, and are subject to change without prior notice.
