Itinerary

  1. We will learn about the true process of olive oil manufacturing, depending on the season we will see how it is done. (30 min) Admission included
  2. Our adventure begins at JC Bravo, a winery that embodies pure heart and tradition. Upon arrival, you're enveloped in a rustic and authentic atmosphere where respect for the land is paramount. Here, we'll taste wines made with Carignan grapes from old vines, a house specialty known for its character and integrity. It's the perfect place to understand the essence of the Valley before we begin our tour. The wine we'll be tasting is a single-varietal Carignan, not very common in the Guadalupe Valley, with body and character. (30 min)
  3. At Torres Alegre y Familia, passion combines with scientific rigor to create wines of exceptional complexity. This winery, led by Dr. Víctor Torres Alegre, is renowned for its meticulous processes and uncompromising elegance. We will enjoy a tasting where every note reveals the extreme care behind its production, offering one of the most sophisticated sensory experiences in the entire region. In this vineyard, we will taste what we consider to be the finest white wine, "La Llave Blanca" (30 min)
  4. Frannes Vineyard is a place that surprises with its beauty. From its large terrace, we'll enjoy an incredible view after walking among the vines. Everyone who accompanies us is amazed. We'll take the opportunity to taste their French-style wine (a Bordeaux-style blend of reds), a label so exclusive that it can't be found in stores; it can only be obtained right here or online.
