  3. Visit New Zealand's first University. founded in 1870. See the stunning Edwardian clock tower. (15 min)
  4. Stop and have a wander through the most photographed building in the southern hemisphere. Another beautiful example of Edwardian architecture. (10 min)
  5. Visit New Zealand's only castle. Have a bite to eat then wander the very extensive gardens. (Garden entry cost included. Castle tour extra) (1h 0min)
  6. As visit the peninsula take the opportunity to get some amazing photos. Time to stop and take in the scenery. (1h 0min)
