This day tour takes in the most scenic sections of the famed Ring of Kerry and the beautiful towns of Killarney and Kenmare. Leaving Cork, we travel straight to Killarney town, the main town on the Ring of Kerry to soak up the atmosphere before heading down to the stunning Ross Castle on the banks of the largest lake in Killarney National Park.
After a stroll around the grounds and perhaps a guided tour of the castle, we continue to the picturesque Muckross House and Gardens. This hunting lodge once accommodated Queen Victoria and its location on Muckross lake is second to none. Enjoy the formal gardens or perhaps decide to take on the experience of a jaunting cart trip or a guided tour of the House or local traditional Farms.
From Muckross we continue on the Ring of Kerry route stopping off at Torc Waterfall and Ladies View before we pass through the mountain pass of Molls Gap and into the historic Kenmare town.
Enjoy some peace and quiet in Kenmare before we return to Cork.
