Itinerary

1. We make our way up over the Alexandra Range and pause for a panoramic view of World Heritage, Wet Tropics, and Tropical Rainforest merging with the azure colours of the Coral Sea. *Currently Unavailable due to flood damage (10 min)
2. 1 Hour Daintree River Cruise with morning tea. Relax and enjoy the splendour only the Daintree Rainforest can offer as you learn of Estuarine Crocodiles, mangrove forests and endemic wildlife, this is nature at its best! (1h 0min)
3. Pick up by your local guide from Cairns, Beaches or Port Douglas. (10 min)
4. Enjoy a delicious lunch with your fellow travellers. We cater for special dietary requirements, please confirm with the tour operator prior to travel. (1h 0min)
5. Daintree National Park, World Heritage Wet Tropics. Experience the rainforest intimately on one of our guided elevated National Park Boardwalks. Your experienced guide will take you on a wonderful journey through this ancient rainforest whilst giving you an interpretation of flora and fauna and you will have ample time for photographs and questions as we search for the elusive, rare and totally unique Southern Cassowary and other wildlife species within this particular habitat. 6. It's time for a refreshing rainforest stream swim. Cool off in the crystal clear fresh waters, without the crowds of people in the heart of the Daintree Rainforest (1 min)
7. Enjoy a homemade exotic ice-cream locally grown on the property. Sample unique flavours like Black Sapote, Wattle Seed, Jackfruit and Coconut! (Signature ice cream cup included). (1 min)
8. Stroll along the beach and boardwalk to the photographers' platform overlooking the mountains and coast where the 'Rainforest meets the Reef.' (1h 0min)
