Itinerary

1. You will see the front of the building
2. An amazing 360 degree view of Wellington City (10 min)
3. Your guide will lead you across the elevated Tree Top Walkway, 20 metres above the forest floor, offering a bird’s-eye view of towering rimu and tawa trees. Keep an eye out for native birds flitting through the canopy as you walk through this peaceful, untouched corner of Wellington. (30 min)
4. Guests will ride the iconic Wellington cable car (which first carried passengers in 1902). After you have travelled to the top in the cable car and visited the quaint museum at that end, you will have more breath-taking panoramic views of the harbour and city. (20 min) Admission included
5. Guests take an easy stroll through the lovely Botanic Gardens (15 min)
6. Guests may have a wonder around the beautiful Lady Norwood Rose Garden (10 min)
7. Visit the Parliament Buildings and learn a bit of history of the area (10 min)
8. Old St Paul’s Cathedral – one of the world’s best examples of Gothic Revival architecture. A 10-minute stop, where guests have to opportunity to visit inside this historical cathedral. (10 min) Admission included
