Enjoy a grand tour of the incredible scenery surrounding Seward, Alaska on this 1-hour helicopter trip. This is the most extensive flight seeing tour that we offer as a standard departure (call our office to customize a longer private tour). This tour really gives you time to see all Alaska has to offer including the possibility to visit Bear Glacier with its giant icebergs floating in the lagoon, the Harding Icefield, wildlife like bears, moose and mountain goats. Our route will change depending on what the weather conditions are that day, we try to accommodate guest preference on what they are looking to see whenever nature allows. Our typical route involves viewing Resurrection Bay, the Kenai Fjords National Park and many of its glaciers, the Harding Icefield and searching for wildlife.

Itinerary
- The mountainous coast line of Resurrection Bay is the perfect place to look for mountain goats as well as marine life.
- This enormous National Forest surrounding Seward encompasses glaciers, beautiful peaks and an array of wildlife including bald eagles and bears. Weather depending we can spend more time viewing this forrest instead of the Kenai Fjords National Park for those guests who are already seeing the National Park via boat or prefer to spend more time looking for moose or bear. Talk to your pilot about what you would like to see on your tour!
- Bear Glacier, located within the Kenai Fjords National Park, displays large cravasses, blue pools and blue glacier ice. The lagoon in front of the glacier traps an amazing display of magnificent ice bergs.
- Our route is flexible based on the weather conditions that day and guest preferences but typically this tour visits the Kenai Fjords National Park. This location includes glaciers, the Harding Icefield, touring mountains, various wildlife and spectacular views. Glaciers that there is the potential to view within the national park include Aialik Glacier, Patterson Glacier, Holgate Glacier and Bear Glacier.

- Due to FAA regulations, weight restrictions apply, there is a 290lb weight limit per seat, including everything going in the helicopter with guests. There is also an overall weight limit, if your group of 2 or 3 individuals, exceeds 530lb, please call our office to complete your booking. Misrepresented weights may result in the inability to do the tour without reimbursement.
- For safety reasons infants are considered babies under 24 months
- Each helicopter seats a maximum of 3 guests. We usually have multiple helicopters available per tour time.
- There is a 2 person minimum for this tour, to book as a single traveler please call our office
- Seating is according to necessary weight and balance of the helicopter, guest preference will be accommodated whenever possible
