Itinerary
- The main center of Lofoten, a lively town that combines modern hotels and restaurants with traditional "rorbu" cabins. (15 min)
- The cathedral of Lofoten. Built in 1898, this mighty wooden church has always been an important institution for the fishermen needing the Lord's protection before venturing out at sea. (Outside visit) (5 min)
- Once one of thile most important fishing villages of Lofoten, Henningsvaer is also called the "Venice of the Arctic". Beautifully built on stilts along a canal, the lively village hosts today several art galleries and handcraft shops. (15 min)
- Located on top of a hill in the middle of the Vestvågøy island, at this stop the view stretches upon red farms, uuer lakes and green meadows all the way to the mountains of the islands of Flakstad. (5 min)
- Also called the "Caribbean of the arctic ", with its fine white sand and it turquoise waters, Haukland is one of the most photographed beaches of Lofoten. (15 min)
- Once an important whaling station, the little fishing port of Steine lies on a jagged coastline surrounded by thousands of little islands. On the opposite side of the fjord, the view stretches until the Ure mountain and the charming village of Sennesvik. (5 min)
