You can learn both of Japanese traditinal cultures at one time. At first, you can learn how to make Wagashi (Japanese sweets) from dough. There are some kinds of Wagashi, for example Nerikiri, Gyuhi (mochi), Manjyu and so on. The tea master will choose what kind of Wagashi you will make depends on the season. Next, you can learn how to be a guest for Japanese tea ceremony in Japanese traditional Tatami room while you are eating Wagashi which you made. You can try mixing the Matcha (green tea) by yourself and eat the Wagashi which I made. You can learn the history of Japanese tea ceremony from tea master and also you can ask any questions about tea ceremony.
