- The tour starts here! Although the road is flat, you will walk about 2 kilometers, so please wear comfortable shoes on the day.
- We hope that you will learn the whole story of the traditional sake brewing that has been passed down from generation to generation, and that you will be able to widely know the "heart of Japan" through the world of sake brewing. Explore the process of making Hakutsuru sake with 3 types of sake tasting. You can also enjoy tax-free shopping at the shop. (20 min) Admission included
- Experience Kiku-masamune's passion for the tradition of sake brewing, which has been passed down for over 350 years. The museum also has a large collection of sake cups, and you can enjoy tasting 2 different sake varieties. (20 min) Admission included
- Learn about 'Taru Sake' made in the traditional "Taru Bin," which are sake barrels crafted from Yoshino cedar, at a functioning factory and laboratory. We have been manufacturing barrels using the same method from 350 years ago, when bottles were too expensive to buy. The style of drinking sake in a corner of a liquor store is called "kakuuchi", and it is popular among young people in Japan as well. (30 min)
