What makes this class special;

- Activities are conducted in a Japanese-style room with tatami mats, where participants sit in the seiza position (the traditional Japanese sitting posture). However, this may be uncomfortable for international guests who are not accustomed to sitting this way. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you are uncomfortable. For guests who feel they may not be able to sit in the seiza position for an extended period, we will provide a chair for you to sit on.
