  1. The tour begins with a guided tour of the historic center that will allow you to discover the most beautiful places in Polignano a Mare. The terraces overlooking the sea, the churches and the characteristic alleys with phrases written on the stairs. Between one glimpse and another you will taste the typical products that have made Puglia famous throughout the world such as panzerotti, burrata, wine and the special coffee of Polignano. At the end of this "gastronomic tour" a buggy will take you for a stroll among coves, beaches and cliffs. You will travel through the town and then arrive at the beautiful Abbey of S. Vito. From here the day continues with an incredible boat tour of the caves of Polignano a Mare. You can admire the renowned Grotta Palazzese, Grotta delle Rondinelle, Grotta degli Innamorati, Grotta Ardito and many other views that will leave you breathless. And, as if that wasn't enough, during the tour you will have the chance to dive where the sea is bluest. (3h 30min)
