You’ll join one of our local Osaka hosts for a night out in the city that is fast becoming a world-wide favorite! No matter what night of the week it is, you can be assured that Osaka is buzzing! Discover famous entertainment districts like Namba or Umeda, a food paradise like Dotonbori or simply get lost in the network of tiny streets that host everything from izakaya to Sakaya. End off your night (or begin your morning) like the locals do with a steaming bowl of ramen at 3AM. Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place. Your itinerary is flexible, so during the experience, you can always change your mind about what you want to do.

Itinerary

1. Enjoy a night out in Osaka with a local host and discover how the locals really spend their time after dark, grabbing a beer at a konbini for starters. IMPORTANT: As this is a private and personalised experience, the places you visit may differ from those listed and these will be chosen by your host based on your interests and preferences
2. Bar hop your way through the izakaya and tachinomiya of the city’s famous nightlife districts like Namba or Umeda
3. Enjoy plates of tasty nibbles like grilled chicken skewers and gyoza - the perfect accompaniment to beer or sake in Dotonbori
4. Sing your heart out at a traditional karaoke venue like Jankara in your own private booth (this way, you really can sing like no one’s listening, because they’re not)
5. End the night like the locals do, queueing for ramen at 5AM at Ichiran in Umeda - dreams
6. You could visit Shinsaibashi with its variety of local boutiques, craft shops, traditional eateries.
7. Perhaps visit a local gem like Hozenji Yokocho, an alley where you’ll find a variety of izakayas, bars and food stalls.
8. Tiny alley with little museum-like displays on the walls. It depicts Osaka’s street sceneries from the Edo period to the early Showa period and creates the feeling of time traveling.
