Optional: Swimming in the Natural Pools of the Petrohué River For those who want a more immersive experience, the Petrohué River offers calm natural pools ideal for a refreshing swim in crystal-clear glacial water. 8. Stop at Onces Bellavista Café (Only weekends!) On the return route, stop at the beloved Onces Bellavista café (Ruta 225, km 34.5) — a local institution rated among the top coffee and tea venues in the region. Enjoy a traditional Chilean "once" (afternoon tea) with homemade cakes, kuchens, artisanal jams, and fresh bread, while llamas graze freely on the surrounding grounds.
