You can also find one of the most diverse places in terms of vegetation, and probably the most beautiful botanical garden on the Azores "Parque Terra Nostra Garden" (12.5 hectares), within which you will find a hot geothermal pool (with a temperature between 41 at 42 degrees). Taste one of the most famous gastronomy of the Azores, the "Cozido das Furnas" stew. Furnas is close to the only tea plantation in Europe (where green tea and 3 types of black tea are produced).

2. Stop and see the only place where is produced tea in Europe. Explanation and see the process of Tea at the factory and at the end possibility to taste green and black tea. (30 min)
3. View to see all the Volcano crater of Furnas (Lake and village of Furnas). (15 min)
4. Al the North coast of Sao Miguel island (from Porto Formoso to Fenais da Ajuda and Ribeira Grande area). (5 min)
5. See one of the most beautiful botanical garden in the Azores (12,5 hectare), with over a tousand different plants and tree from all over the World. Possibility to have a bath in there hot geothermal swimming pool. (1h 30min)
6. Pass and stop to see the beautiful green lake of Furnas and enviroment area
7. Viewpoint where it is located the chappel of Our Lady of Peace. View where you can see the capital of Sao Miguel island, Vila Franca do Campo town and the islet of Vila Franca do Campo. (20 min)
