Private Tour - Grand Circle of the Island

This is definitely the best way to see as much as possible of São Miguel in a day. The way to go on your short stay, or if you want a throughout introduction to the island before exploring it on your own. Bathing on hot springs or stopping for lunch is possible although expenses are not included. Please note these activities take about 1h30 of the itinerary, you might have to take shorter time or skip other locations.

Itinerary

1. This is the most famous view over the lakes, with the old abandoned hotel on the background. (1h 0min)
2. See the amazing views over all of Sete Cidades lakes: Canário Lake, Santiago Lake, Blue and Green Lake. (1h 0min)
3. Get the best view up the volcano mountain from impressive Lagoa do Fogo (1h 0min)
4. Visit the Tea Plantation slopes and vintage Factory. Take the time to have a coffee break, taste our local unique tea and explore the factory shop. (30 min)
5. Best view overlooking the Furnas Valley (30 min)
6. Drive through the scenic views of the lake margins. (30 min)
7. Explore the village or spend your time at Terra Nostra Park and hot springs (ticket not included, you can purchase at the entrance of the park). (2h 0min)
