  2. You will enjoy the ever-changing street view of Harajuku, the mecca of Japanese pop culture and fashion.
  3. You will drive through the intersection where Harajuku (pop fashion) meets Omotesando (mature fashion). You will also drive through the backstreets of Omotesando.

  • Drivers' licenses issued by countries NOT covered by the 1949 Geneva Convention (such as China, Indonesia, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.) are not permitted to drive in Japan
  • Participants must carry their physical International Driving Permit (or for exceptional countries listed above that requires a Japanese translation: the physical domestic license + official translation) and physical passport.
  • NO Domestic License alone is accepted as a legal document to drive in Japan.
  • Street Kart will message you within 24 hrs when confirming booking with information on EXACT documents you need.
  • Minimum age is 18 years
  • Wear flat closed footwear. Do not wear no long flowy skirts or dress.
  • You MUST inform us if you have any level of hearing impairment or mobility impairment.
