- The only surviving aqueduct in Montenegro, whose seventeen arches carried water three kilometres from Mount Rumija for three centuries until it was bombed during the 1877 siege.
- The fortified hilltop heart of Stari Bar, settled since the 8th century BCE, where the 12th-century Chronicle of the Doclean Priest - the earliest South Slavic literary work - was written.
- A former Ottoman gunpowder store, the Barutana, now a lapidarium displaying salvaged early-14th-century stone inscriptions from the lost church of St Nikola.
