Note: You need to pay the admission fee to Ryugeji temple by JPY cash. When you enter inside of the building, you need to take your shoes off. If you have wheelchairs or strollers, please let us know the number and its size. Due to the limited number of guides, we accept a maximum of 10 group bookings per day (one booking per group).

  1. Car transportation from Shimizu Port to Nihondaira (20 min) Admission included
  2. New observatory which opened In November 2018. You can enjoy spectacular view of Mt.Fuji, Shimizu Port, Izu Peninsula, Southern Alps (20 min)
  3. This is a Japanese tea shop and they have also green tea field. If the weathercondition is fine, you can take photos of Mt.Fuji over this green tea field. (20 min)
  4. Car transportation from Nihondaira to Ryugeji Temple (20 min)
  5. A temple with a spectacular view of Mount Fuji and featuring a national natural treasure tree ! he temple was established in early Edo period, in 1670, by the priest Nichigon who was closely related to Ieyasu Tokugawa. This temple is of Nichiren Buddhism branch. It is located on the foot of Mount Udo, in Shimizu district of Shizuoka city. Famous for the amazing view of Mount Fuji, here rests an intellectual of the Meiji period : Chogyu TAKAYAMA. *Note: You need to take off your shoes when you enter the main hall. (50 min)
