We welcome you to discover the real flavors, colors, and rhythm of Panama City on our street-food tasting adventure that goes far beyond restaurants. This is not a sit-down meal—it’s a walking experience through the city’s most authentic neighborhoods, where you’ll taste, learn, and connect with the people behind Panama’s local cuisine. Start at the Seafood Market with three types of ceviche, then explore San Felipe Neri Market to sample Afro-Caribbean dishes, tropical juices, Geisha coffee, and hot sauces. Continue along Avenida Central for tamales and a visit to a local bakery. In El Chorrillo, enjoy coconut fish, BBQ chicken, smoked chorizo, and escabeche fish, served in tasting portions. Itinerary

1. Inside the fish market, we’ll see the catch of the day — Atlantic and Pacific lobsters, as well as a variety of other sea creatures. (10 min)
2. San Felipe Neri Market will connect us with the best natural juices in the city. We’ll also get to taste one of the best fish fillets in the area. (20 min)
3. Café Coca Cola is where we’ll taste the best soup in Casco Viejo. (20 min)
