Itinerary

  1. Our tour with transfer starts from Bari, more precisely from the meeting point with all the participants of the Teatro Petruzzelli. We will leave towards Matera with the minivan with a driver. Once in Matera there will be a guide waiting for us in the main square, from where we can admire the view on the Sassi. We will start the guided walking tour in the two oldest quarters carved into the rock: Sasso Barisano and Sasso caveoso, where we will have the opportunity to visit a cave church and a cave house. We will walk in the historical center and among the characteristic alleys of this unique city inserted among the UNESCO world heritage sites in 1993. We will have some free time before returning to Bari.
