Itinerary

1. Visit the famous Nikis Sweets Factory in the mountain village of Agros, where you’ll find out about traditional Cypriot spoon sweets, rose products and many more. Learn about the local rosewater distillation process and taste a variety of homemade jams and treats. (30 min) Admission included
2. Discover the delicate art of rosewater and essential oil production at The Rose Factory Chris N. Tsolakis. Learn how locally grown roses are distilled into natural perfumes, sweets, and cosmetics, and browse a charming shop filled with handmade rose products. A short guided presentation explains the process, followed by time for tasting and shopping. (30 min) Admission included
3. Explore the picturesque mountain village of Agros, famous for its rose products, traditional sweets, and family-run workshops. Wander through the charming stone streets, visit local producers and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding Troodos mountains. There’s also free time for coffee or local snacks in the village square. (1h 0min)
4. Nestled among the vineyards of Pelendri, Tsiakkas Winery offers stunning mountain views and award-winning wines made from local grape varieties such as Xynisteri and Maratheftiko. A relaxing and authentic experience for wine lovers. Wine tasting is optional. 5. Travellers will enjoy a peaceful walk along the Agios Pavlos Nature Trail, a short and easy path with beautiful mountain views, fresh forest air, and a stream. We continue to the nearby village of Kato Mylos, where we visit the picturesque Kato Mylos Reservoir, known locally for its clear water and friendly goldfish swimming near the edge. (45 min)
