Itinerary

  1. The tour starts in the center of Ålesund city, inside the historic 'Brosundet' harbor at 'Skansekaia' pier. The journey takes 3 hours each way. As you starting directly in Ålesund you are able to walk to the boat from most of the city hotels. The airport shuttle bus station is also close to the boat as well as the cruise port of Ålesund. (1 min)
  2. Travel as the locals used to do, making their way from the coast to the inner fjords by boat (2h 0min)
  3. Cruise the magnificent GeirangerfjordFjord, beneath abandoned fjord farms, high mountains and powerful waterfalls. (45 min)
  4. Enjoy a warm bus journey on the historic Geiranger road up to Flydalsjuvet - an impressive canyon and viewpoint. Here you can enjoy panorama views over the village, the fjord, and the surrounding mountains. (45 min)
