Itinerary

  1. The meeting point is at the most natural starting place for a tour, next to the ancient city gate and the Roman column that marks the beginning of the main street. (15 min)
  2. The first stop is next to the church that hides one of the country's most important and revered religious treasures. Just steps away, we'll taste local fish dish paired with regional white wine. (20 min) Admission included
  3. Passing through the main square, the center of urban life in Zadar since medieval times where the city’s urban identity took shape, and where the first bars opened already in early 18th century.
  4. We’ll visit the local market, where locals sell daily caught fish and locally grown vegetables. Next to it are the remains of an old church, now transformed into a cool and unique wine garden. There, we’ll taste local prosciutto and cheese, paired with a rich red wine. (20 min) Admission included
  5. Walking along the main street of the old town - Kalelarga - which has been walked upon since Roman times.
